Each Mystery Capsule Scoop is hand-scooped in real time from our current inventory — including material that may not be listed on the website. No picking, no substitutions, no post-scoop changes. What lands in the scoop is what ships.
We will read notes and try our best to work with requests such as color or crystal type if possible.
Our inventory changes constantly. New parcels are opened, certain material sells out quickly, and some items are held for live sales or released before individual listings go up. Because of this:
- Items shown in ads, reels, or videos are past orders and should be viewed as examples only
- Some crystals in your scoop may not appear on our website
- Specific stones, shapes, or colors are not guaranteed

Processing Time
Every order is packed with care — especially delicate specimens and high-grade minerals. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking by email or SMS depending on your notification preferences.
Estimated delivery windows:
- Canada: 1–5 business days
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs, or regional logistics.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged item
Once verified, we’ll provide one of the following based on availability:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
We do not require you to return broken or damaged items. That’s pointless and you shouldn’t have to deal with it.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Because every crystal is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Please review photos, videos, measurements, and descriptions before purchasing. If you’re unsure about a piece, reach out before checkout — we’re happy to help.

Our Open Box system is designed to help you save on shipping while building your collection at your own pace.
When checking out, you can choose to hold your order and keep building an open box until you’re ready to ship — or until you hit a shipping threshold.
How It Works
- Add items to your cart as normal.
- At checkout, enter one of the Open Box codes below.
- We’ll hold your items and combine them with any future purchases until you choose to ship.
Each purchase builds onto the same open box under your name/account.
